Best Hamburger in a Seafood Restaurant

My wife and I stop by to try their seafood, so we ordered Seafood Kebis, pasta primadora, Hamburger with potatoes, and Pan de Cazon.

The Seafood Kebis, were very good, the Pasta Primadora was delicious, my wife's Pan de Cazon was one of the best she has had in a very long time, but my Bacon Hamburger was absolutely heavenly, it has to be one of the best I have had in Mexico, and the potatoes were crispy fried.

The chairs are comfortable and the restaurant has great A/C

Our waiter Eliseo, was fantastic and friendly.

We highly recommend this restaurant.

 Chicken Parmigiana needs help!

We always wanted to stop by Elio Al Mare, so we stopped by with some friends, the place is beautiful, and you have a front row view of the ocean.

To start off we ordered :
Provolono al Forno, melted provolone cheese, this was delicious.

This was also very good.

For the main course, my wife had tempura shrimp, with Almons, but there was hardly any tempura on it, the shrimp were very big, but they need to put more tempura, my wife wasn't happy with hers.

I had the Chicken Parmigiana, the chicken had no Mozzarella Cheese, and was extremely salty, the potatoes were good, my dish had no appealing presentation.

The worst part was they play extremely loud music, we couldn't hear ourselves talk.

We always ask ourselves, will we go back, and the answer is NO, we will rather go to Humo Bistro in Progreso.

Best Asian Food in Yucatan

This has to be the Best Asian Restaurant in Yucatan, the food is absolutely amazing. Chef Daniel Basto, knows what he is doing in the kitchen.

My wife and I had the Steamed dumplings for a appetizer, the Orange Chicken and the sliced pork, with fried rice.

The egg rolls were hot and crispy.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere is Asian with Asian music playing in the background.
**** NOTE **** The only bad thing is that the bathrooms are on the 2nd floor, and I have a hard time climbing stairs.

I will definitely go back as soon as possible.

            My Review of Zentik Boutique Hotel in Valladolid 

From the moment we arrived , we were greeted by extremely friendly staff members, Kimberly at the front desk is outstanding, she showed us to our room, and really made us feel welcomed. 

            Kimberly and Mariana, two of the most friendliest Staff you will ever meet. 

The room is very nice, with murals painted on all the walls, that we felt was a little crazy, and made no sense. The room was extremely cozy,but is missing some chairs to relax in, they do have strong internet always a plus ,and a fantastic Hot Shower. 

 It would have been a Big plus if they had a coffee maker and a mini fridge in the room.

The cave has salt water pool / Hugh hot-tub that is so relaxing, it has a very strong intense water fall, that if you have a shoulder or a neck pain, it is massage the way in seconds.

The outdoor pool, is very nice, and clean, but the best part of the two, is that they are open 24 hours.

We had dinner at the Hotel Restaurant called Naino,Chef Joiarib Romero is very talented,and really knows his cuisine.
The two waiters we had; both named Carlos were very good and friendly.
The food was absolutely delicious, we started off with a Fresh Salad, then I had the Ribeye Steak, with Fries and a salad, and my wife had the Serrano Ham Croquettes,
The Ribeye was probably the best steak that I have had in 20 years, oh my God, it was out of this world, it had the delicious taste of the carbon cooking,it was so tender.
My wife loved her Serrano Ham, Croquettes, the steak was well worth the money, and their prices are very reasonable too. 

After dinner we had a wonderful swim in the pool, and then a fantastic nights sleep, the bed was very comfortable.
In the morning we had a delicious Breakfast, I had their Waffles with Fruit, and a side of Bacon, and my wife had the Huevos Montulenos, both were very tasty and good.

We unfortunately did not have dinner at the Hotel that night, instead we eat at a restaurant in Valladolid called El Atrio del Mayab, where we have been there many times before, but on this night we got the waiter from Hell, by the name of Orlando. 

The next morning we had a wonderful swim in the cave, and then we had another delicious Breakfast at Nainos, this time my wife had the crispy waffles and I had the eggs with a cheese sauce with Chaya, now that was out of this world, WOW.
The restaurant is very comfortable with comfortable chairs,and a cool breeze.

The staff at the Hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make the guest happy. I want to thank our two lovely girls that cleaned our room, Judith and Rocio, they decorated our bed for the 2nd day we were there.

For Christmas last year, we decided to treat ourselves to a All Inclusive Resort, I wanted to go back to Dreams Puerto Adventura, but we decided on a diferant resort, you can read my review on Dreams Puerto Adventurain my blog.

So, we made reservations, and headed over to El Dorado Seaside Suites in Akumal, it only takes around 4.5 hours to drive there from our home in Merida.
Once you arrive to this absolutely Beautiful Resort, your worries, and troubles are forgotten.We arrived to be greeted by a very friendly Bellmen Victor,

he guided us to the desk to check in, and here we met Eduardo and Esmee, 
Our check-in was a pleasure,they give us some ice-cold sparking wine, and they were very friendly, they make you fell like home.

Our Bellman Victor took us to our room, and let me tell you, I think one of the best feelings in the world is the moment you check into a High Class Resort like  El Dorado Seaside Suite, all your worries are left behind, and you know that your are about to embark on a fantastic vacation, and to know that everything is included.

It was So, nice to swim right outside your Hotel Room

Room Service is one of the better we have seen in a All Inclusive Resort, serving delicious food, drinks, and even Ice Cubes .

We had many choices or Restaurants at the resort. 

We started off ordering Room Service since we were tired from the long drive to the Resort, I ordered Mac and Cheese, Fish & Chips, and Chicken Wings, all were very good, and it was delivered in good time. 

Being Married to a Mexican, we decided to eat at the Resorts Mexican Restaurant called LA CARRETA AUTHENTIC MEXICAN CUISINE

My wife and I ordered two Steak Tacos to start, they were Delicious, then my wife ordered the the Chicken Mole, she said it was so SPICY that she could barely eat it, and the plate had no presentation at all, I ordered the skirt steak, with yellow rice, however my steak was okay, it was a little tough. 

Our Room was spectacular, with a Beautiful Ocean View, and of course we have our very own swimming pool right outside our bedroom door, 

We had a very large Hot-Tub Jacuzzi and a nice Hot Shower.

When we arrived to our room, we realized that it was going to be too noisy 

at night with the Pool Bar, below, so we asked them if we can 

get a room away from the Pool Bar, and Badda Bing- Badda Boom we were moved to a room that was at the end, nice and quiet.

What a beautiful nights sleep, the mattresses are so comfortable, we slept like babies. The next morning we slept late, had a cool dip in the Pool, outside our bedroom, and then headed to lunch.  

We decided to eat at the DRIFTWOOD GOURMET OCEANFRONT RESTAURANT, I had one of the best Ribeye Steaks I have ever had in a All Inclusive Resort. 

We also ordered the Grilled Shrimp with a cold Crispy Salad, Spicy Shrimp,Skirt Steak with Sauteed Mushrooms, and of course a Ribeye with 1/2 a Baked Potato. 

All the food was delicious, but the best part was the most friendliest waiter we have seen and years, his name is Bernardo, he goes above and beyond to serve you, and he remembers what you like every time you eat at the Driftwood.  

*** NOTE *** One of the best features about the restaurants at the Resort is that all the restaurants serve Infusion waters, with many different flavors.

   The next day after a Delicious Breakfast in our Room, we had a wonderful swim, and then Dinner at the Italian Restaurant called 

 MIA CASA CONTEMPORARY ITALIAN, here the food and service was beyond our expectations, with a decor that welcomes you as if you were in Italy.

Again we had a fantastic waiter by the name of Porfirio.

We ordered some appetizers of Cheese Ravioli and Pasta Fazool, the Raviolis were homemade and out of this world. 

For my main course, I ordered Chicken Parmigiana, and my wife ordered Pasta and Shrimp, both were very tasty and good.

The only thing we were not happy with the Spa was, that the HUGH Hot-Tube the temperature was not Hot at all, just warm. 

We had lunch at SEASIDE MARKET  INTERNATIONAL CUISINE
I did not take any photos here, because I forgot my camera, this restaurant is one large Buffet and they had the best quality cold cuts, and since we live in Merida Yucatan, we can't get many of the Delicious meats that they had for us to eat here, like Imported Genoa Salami,Capocollo, Prosciutto,Soppressata, Mortadella 
and many kinds of cheeses.

Overall, this has to be one of the finest Vacations we have every had.

The Resort is totally amazing, with the most friendliest staff, to the best Chefs preparing the finest cuisines.  

The Resort drives you around in long Golf carts, that pick you up and take you to all the different restaurants and spas, and the Resort went all out decorating for Christmas.

This is where all the other All Inclusive Resort should visit to see how it is done right.

We are looking forward to our next visit to El Dorado Seaside Suite

hopefully at Christmas time.
